This retreat strongly emphasizes integral living and longevity, focusing on the body-mind connection. We will dive deeper into understanding how our body and mind are interconnected, the role of food in our well-being, and how we can actively participate in our health journey. Together, we will play an active role and collaborate around meals, fostering a sense of community and shared purpose.
Day 1: The Evolution of Meaning in the World of AI: We’ll dive into the fundamentals of neural networks, the brain, and its relationship to AI. How do we think and how do we initiate actions? What is the relationship between wisdom and intelligence, how do we develop it, and what is the role of mindfulness? For this, we’ll explore our own minds, reflections and guided meditations. We will spend time together on preparing the meal and learning about the body, food, mind connection.
Day 2 and Day 3: Inner Management: Learn how meditation is the core tool that exercises facets of our brain for executive functioning and emotional well-being. Guided practice, insightful question and answer sessions, and presentations by respected teachers from ancient wisdom traditions. Learn more about intentionality and effectively managing stress, distraction, and life in general for a more wholesome, satisfying, and transformative life full of purpose. Informally we will continue to learn about food, and how taking care of our overall health is a crucial element of a fulfilling life.
Day 4 and Day 5: Life Management: We will continue exploring the Inner Life Management and discover the Eight Steps to a fulfilling life for the benefit of ourselves, our colleagues, family, and friends and the world around us. We will explore communicating effectively and taking intuitive action in every moment and utilize these techniques in our daily situations. We will explore the integration of wisdom and intuition in decision-making processes and apply our new experience in our professional and personal context.

No prior meditation experience is required, though welcome. Together we will dive into mindfulness, meditation and its link to wisdom and peace. From practical definitions and addressing the “why” question, we will swiftly move to the actual experience and the cultivation with both guided- and self-directed meditation. You will naturally meditate for three or more hours a day, including guided meditation by one of us. You will do both sitting and walking meditation with each session minimal 30 minutes. You have a lot of freedom, there are no bells and you can use a chair or a cushion for the sitting meditation. Typically, after 2 days, people tend to sit longer naturally and experience increasing mental peace and clarity.

Interesting question :-)
This is a non-religious, not new-age, not wellness retreat focused on inner transformation.
This is also a non-digital (no mobile phones!) experience.
