About the Program
Beyond Mindfulness goes further than breathwork and body scans. It integrates mindfulness with practical wisdom frameworks — RAIN, SSS, and WAIT — giving you tools that work in real professional situations.
Each week: a 45-minute live session plus optional personal practice time. The program also includes a group orientation call and an individual intake call with one of our guides.
