Beyond Mindfulness is an 8-week immersive program designed to help you build mental resilience, manage stress, and cultivate inner freedom. Led by Khin with support from Koen and Cas, the sessions offer practical tools like RAIN, SSS, and WAIT, along with guided mindfulness practices such as self-compassion and loving-kindness. Each 45-minute session equips you with strategies to respond skillfully to challenges, reduce stress, and enhance focus—skills you can apply immediately in daily life.
